At Catfish Lifestyle, we sell exclusively through our physical outlet:

We do not sell online. Customers are encouraged to check products carefully at purchase to avoid after‑sales hassle.

Because each piece in our original export collection is often unique, we encourage every customer to carefully check and try their desired products (size, color, stitching, fit) before buying.
This helps ensure you’re fully satisfied at the time of purchase and helps avoid post‑purchase inconvenience.

Our Policy at a Glance

  • We offer exchange only, within a limited time
  • We do not offer cash refunds unless a product is proven defective
  • Products must remain unused, unwashed, and have original tags
  • The final decision rests with Catfish Lifestyle’s management

Returns & Exchanges

You may exchange an item within 3 days of purchase if:

  • It’s in original condition (unworn, unwashed)
  • Tags and packaging are intact
  • You have the original purchase receipt

Exchanges depend on availability within our original export fashion collection.

No Refund for Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds if you:

  • Change your mind
  • Choose the wrong size, color, or style after purchase

Please choose carefully at the time of purchase, as our collections often include limited export surplus items.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you discover a defect or damage immediately after purchase:

  • Contact us or visit our shop within 24 hours
  • Bring the original receipt and the product

If our team verifies the issue, you can:

  • Exchange for the same or similar product
  • Choose another item of similar value
  • Get a refund only if no replacement is available

Offline Exchanges Only

We do not process returns or exchanges by courier or online request.
All exchanges must be done directly at our Dhaka outlet.
